Chappaqua Congress of Teachers benefit fund

 The Benefits Fund is offering a flex spending account for the coming year to the tune of $150 that can be applied to your vision and dental out-of-pocket expenses. This would enable to pay for the portion of any procedures not fully covered by the Fund or, for example, any upgrades on your glasses you have been wanting to try - Transition, progressive lenses, etc. The only rules that the claim is incurred and paid between July 1 thru June 30. The claim must be submitted no earlier than May 1 or later than July 31 ONLY 1 submission per person.
